The follow up consult can only be purchased AFTER<\/strong> you have had an initial hour consult.<\/h5>\n

Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) After you have made your order and you have received the confirmation email, please email Kerri with the following information:<\/p>\n

– Order number
\n– Child’s name
\n– Child’s age
\n– Child’s weight
\n– Parent’s name
\n– Country
\n– Time zone
\n– Teams account
\n– E-mail address<\/p>\n
